1. What is the WebBroker
IdentificationPlus feature and why do I need it? WebBroker IdentificationPlus protects you while you access
WebBroker by having you provide information only you would know, in
the form of security questions and answers stored securely by TD
Waterhouse. Once your computer is registered with WebBroker
IdentificationPlus, it remembers which computer(s) you normally
use, giving you even greater protection against unauthorized
individuals logging in to your accounts. Top 2. How does it work? When you enroll in WebBroker IdentificationPlus, you'll select
five security questions and answers as part of the registration
process. If you log in from a different computer, we take
additional steps to verify your identity by asking you to provide
the answer to one of your security questions. WebBroker
IdentificationPlus remembers your computer by assigning a unique
identifier to that computer when you register. No personal or
private data is stored in any way. Top 3. Can I choose not to enroll? No, enrollment in WebBroker IdentificationPlus
is mandatory for all WebBroker customers because it provides
enhanced protection for your online WebBroker accounts. Top 4. Can I defer my registration? Yes, you can defer the registration of your
security questions for 30 days following the first time you select
to defer. On or after the 31st day, you will be required
to register in order to access WebBroker. Top 5. Can I access my accounts from
multiple computers? Yes. If you are logging in from a new computer
other than the one you used to register for WebBroker
IdentificationPlus, or through a public terminal, you simply need
to answer one of your security questions. Top 6. Can two people log in from the same
computer? Yes. WebBroker IdentificationPlus recognizes
each user as unique and is capable of identifying the person
logging in, even if that person is sharing a computer with another
WebBroker client. Top 7. Can I change my security questions?
You can change your security questions and answers at any time.
Use the "Security and Password Options" screen within WebBroker,
found under "Preferences". Select the questions you would like to
update and then select the "Update Selected Questions" button. If
you'd like to update all of your security questions, select the
"Update All Questions" button. Top 8. What if I forget the answers to my
WebBroker IdentificationPlus questions? Please contact one of our Help Desk representatives toll-free at
1-800-667-6299 for assistance. Top 9. What happens if I'm locked out of
WebBroker? You will be given several opportunities to respond correctly
before being locked out of WebBroker. If you do get locked out,
please contact one of our Help Desk representatives toll-free at
1-800-667-6299 for assistance. Your WebBroker password will be
re-set, and you'll have to select five new security questions and
answers the next time you log in. Top 10. Are the answers to my security
questions case sensitive? No. The WebBroker IdentificationPlus feature
will recognize your answers whether you enter them in upper case or
lower case letters. Top 11. How will this work with EasyWeb
IdentificationPlus? If you have setup your questions and answers in EasyWeb, you
will not be required to do the same in WebBroker. The same set of
questions & answers will be used for access to both
