Data for order executions at the best quoted price provided by TD Securities Inc. Applies to orders placed and executed in the specified period during regular market hours. May exclude trades executed during extreme market conditions or other unusual circumstances as determined by TD Waterhouse.

¹ Order execution speed is measured from the time an order is received by the order router to the completion of the last fill. Percentage of orders executed within 2 seconds applies to market orders executed between 9:45am and 3:55pm Eastern time on regular trading days. Applies to market orders between 100 and 1,999 shares.

² Percentage of order executions at the best quoted price applies to all Canadian equity executions that occurred during regular market hours during the specified period. Executions that occurred when a National Best Bid and Offer quotation was not available may be excluded.

³ Percentage of shares receiving price improvement refers to the percentage of shares on market and marketable limit orders which received prices better than the National Best Bid and Offer. U.S. Industry Average refers to the volume weighted performance of all U.S. market makers posting Rule 605 data. Average dollar improvement on a 1,000 share order is calculated using the average percentage of shares receiving price improvement, multiplied by the average improvement in U.S. dollars per share, multiplied by 1,000.
