- Investment Counsellors may offer their clients online access to client statements, tax documents, and transaction confirmations from TD Waterhouse WebBroker via the eServices link.
- Introducing Brokers may offer their clients access to receive their statements online through the services of a preferred third-party vendor — a leader in providing document management solutions.
TD Waterhouse WebBroker eServices
Clients of Investment Counsellors can easily access their own account information online through two levels of services offered through TD Waterhouse Institutional Services: the "View only" feature of WebBroker, the TD Waterhouse Internet brokerage service, and TD Waterhouse eServices.
Using WebBroker, clients can: view orders; retrieve market information, including research reports and tools; check account status; and select from a number of resources easily and securely.
Using eServices, clients of Investment Counsellors receive many other convenient benefits:
- Faster access to account information. Once registered for eServices, your clients will be able to access their statements, tax documents, and transaction confirmations online. Transaction confirmations are online the day following the transaction, and statements are online within three days after month-end.
- Greater flexibility and convenience. Clients are notified by email when their transaction confirmation and statement is available for viewing.
- Easier access to historical records. All documents are archived for seven years.
- Higher security. All documents are stored behind the TD Waterhouse firewall. Your clients are assigned a confidential password to login to WebBroker; so each time your clients enter eServices, authentication of their Connect ID and Password occurs before any documents can be retrieved.
